$250 to talk to a rep?!
So I'm told to get a gold of a CSS to get a hot fix. 250 bucks if I want them to respond with in 8 hours?!?!?!?!?!?!?! How does Microsoft Get away with this? Do I get a hand job too? You gotta be kidding. You know what Microsoft don't respond Go ____ yourself.

Hello,hotfixes are for free. You just have to request it as stated in the KB article, but it's FREE.If you need additional support this is not free. You're car will also not be repared for free and also not directly when it breaks.Best regards

Hello,Yes, as Meinolf mentioned, it is free to only get a hot fix with no other additional support. The charges will be refunded or waived. We understand that it is inconvenient for our customers to call CSS to simply get a hot fix. Microsoft is changing the way that we offer hot fix. More and more hot fixes are available to be downloaded from website directly. You don't even need to contact CSS to get them.
