Is the user trying to send an email on behalf of someone? You can check the Send As permissions are set correctly. If this is occurring on the users own mailbox then, does Outlook have cache mode enabled. When the user chooses a recipient to send to are they entering the recipient in the 'To' field and not the 'From' field?MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2007/2010 | MCITP: Server Administrator | MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuring | MCP | MCDST

Hi, Does it happen to all users or specific one only? Could the user send e-mails to the other recipients in that domain? Could the user send e-mails to other domains? Have you grant the user Send As permission on the mailbox? Because the user will get the error message when he wants to send as someone but he has not been granted the Send As permission. I look forward hearing from you. Best regards, Serena
