i had to reinstall windows xp home edition as it became so slow i would not work without crashing so i put in the cd and formatted the drive and reinstalled windows xp home edition and got as far as entering the product key but it says the product key is in valid and it is the same product key that came with the laptop on the sticker on the back of the laptop what can i do

First off this is an Exchange Server forum. Secondly, you will need to contact Microsoft or the vendor that you bought XP from in order to get your licensing situation fixed.
