windows small business server 2003 - Fax Question
My Company uses windows small business server 2003, our faxes come in TIF format and we need PDF format. Possible?

Do you mean your faxes come in as an email to your SBS server?
Per my known, the outlook content could not support the PDF format. It is by design. :)
