Hi guys, I have a file server runningWindows 2000server. Over the years, there are many folders added and permissions set on those many folders, I lost tracks of what folders have what permission set on them. Could you tell me if there is a tool or script that I can use to give me a report on all the folders and what permissions are set on those folders. You understand that this can be done onNetware or Livelink but I have no idea if this is possible in Windows. Thanks in advanced.

You can look at using DumpSec v2.8.6. It can be found athttp://www.somarsoft.com/. I've used this tool on various occations for file server migrations. I've never used the tools youve mentioned, but give this a try. Good luck, Chris
