why am i locked out of microsoft office 13 applications on my microsoft account after i changed isp's, i was unable to change email address in account prior to disconnecting from former isp

in january this year

I was unable to change the account id email address

i was getting and still do get the message

"your company  has not given you permission to edit this document /notebook/ whateve

i own microsoft 2013 office for home & student

microsoft themselves have passed me around until i am dizzy

they blame the telco the telco blames them

all i need is access to the files i own and created between june 2013 and january 2015

microsoft told me the registered owner

of the product key is NOT me

therefore i must have stolen it or bought a pirated or stolen it

i had been using it for over 12 months until this happened in january

i kep being shunted to level one techs who have no idea what i am talking about to accounts back to tech support and then put on hold and usually hung up on

is there any one who can help me

i use a toshiba satellite L850

on intel pentium core 13

built in november 2012
