Hi Vijay, It depends, Generally LDAP protocol is used for communicte with AD by Exchange server. Port is 389, 636, 3268, 3269. Thanks, Vidyanand

Hi, Vidyanand is correct. Exchange 2003 use DSAccess componment to integrate with Active Directory. DSAccess uses the wldap32 interface to access DCs and GCs. Wldap32 uses the LDAP protocol over port 389 for DCs and port 3268 for GCs.
