Having many Exchange Servers 2003 in Different AGKindly let me know what is the Command to find out Administrative Group of an Exchange server 2003

There is not a single "command" that will do this fo you. Someone could probably write a script that takes the server name as input and queries the Active Directory and returns that server's admin group.
