viewing users email in exchange
Hello, Management has asked me to gather email from afew employees for review. Not knowing their passwords how is it that I can gain access to their mailboxes in Outlook so I can export it to a pst file?I've gotten as far as being able to see their inbox from Outlook using File\Open\ but I'm more intersted in their sent items. Is their a microsoft article that describes this procedure for Exchange 03? I have run across one peice of literature that says to create a standard user and then assign them send/recieve as permissions under the security tab on the mail store. Seems easy enough. So from the client side do I just login as the newuser and then setup outlook with the employees info that I'm trying to grab?
