Hello, If I attach a file via outlook web access, arrives at the receiver a text file: file quarantined If I attach via outlook client everything works fine? The message contains this text: FILE QUARANTINED The original contents of this file have been replaced with this message because of its characteristics. File name: 'testfile.pdf' Virus name: 'EngineError' Does someone had this issue and know how to solve? Our enviroment: exchange 2007 forefront 2007 tmg 2010 Thanks for any suggestions!greetz dao

You've posted your question in the wrong forum. This one is for Exchange deployment, i.e., installation, issues. You might want to check your browser's settings. Hello Greetz, You can try below setting: • The registry keys can be altered in the following location for Forefront for Exchange: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Forefront Server Security\Exchange Server. • Exit out of the Forefront UI. • Set the registry keys on the server for Forefront to: MaxUnCompressedFileSize=224288000 (200MB) in decimal. This is not the max size for the key so it can be increased if need be. • Once you change the reg the change will take effect on the fly. Rowen TechNet Community Support

Hi all, I am experiencing the same issue, same environment: Exchange 2007 Forefront 2007 tmg 2010 this issue just started, things worked fine and no changes were deployed. I was looking for the key MaxUnCompressedFileSize, but could not find it. Your help is appreciated.
