i also got few questions Are these user moved to new store /storage group ? Does the issue impact few user or all? What happens with the emails? Do they get stucked in queue? if yes then which queue? If No then tell us if the sender gets any NDR with complete ndr. What does message tracking says ? Turn on Diagnostic logging for MSExchange Transport categories named StoreDriver , Categorizer and tell us what the application event logs says.Sudhir Bidye.
