We have an ISA server that pushes routes down to the workstations. For some reason the workstations get confused and users are prompted re-login to Exchange during the course of the day. In effect, a workstation will lose connectivity to Exchange via the local MPLS network and switch to local ISP and Outlook anywhere kicks in. Mirion MPLS network is working fine so we believe it’s a local configuration issue only.

Hi, There can be many reasons, plz post some details like the users which are getting these prompts are internal to your network or not, and this issue is occuring to Outlook Anywhere users? and what is the exact exchange version with the Upadate Rollup?
