user not receiving email from two individuals, Exchange 2003
I have a user that is notable to receive email from two other people in the company. All other email is received fine. I've verified it's not in his junk mail folder. This individual can send to the other two people but when they reply back to the user, he doesn't get it. I'm out of ideas on where to look. Any suggestions? TIAWe're running Exchange 2003 on Server 2003 R2.I turned on message tracking and the test message that was CC to myself was found. The last 2 lines says SMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered Locally to Store to <email address>. And the other is my email address, which I did get in my Inbox (Outlook 2007)

Could you please make sure that this user didnot setup any rule in outlook? which may be delivering the mails to some other folders? also if possible run oultook.exe/cleanrules on this users outlook

Turns out he did, in fact, have a rule applied to filter messages from asecurity groupto a specific folder. I normally would have checked this first but this issue was passed on to me from co-worker and I assumed this was checked. I didn't re-check it due to this user being hard to get a hold of. Thanks for everyones time.
