user not adding into global address book
Iam having an issue with a client's new user. They are running server 2003 SBS with exchange setup. The new user was added, andsetup onoutlook (outlook 2007 on windows vista) At this point,if you go into the address book on that machine or the sharecalendarto users option, you will see this new user in the global address book. However, if you restart outlook, the user disappears.Ifyoulook at it from any other computerthe user is not there at all. Emails can be sent to that user no issue, so the address is setup in exchange, along with the mailbox. I dont know if this is an issue with how its being setup on the server, or if its because the first time its setup on a machine, it being done on a 2007 outlook. Any other users that have been pre setup and used on other versions of outlook have no issues when put onto vista with 2007. I have also tried to just copy a working user, adding the new details where appropriate, but still with the same result. Any ideas?

I take it that outlook is running in cached mode? have Exchange server regenerated a new OAB? its done once every night. have outlook downloaded the new OAB from server after its regenerated? simply put. if the new users doesnt show up in GAL after 2 days there is something wrong
