I have a common mailbox and only tihs mailbox for my officer:info all my officer use outlook 2003 to open this mailbox. My target is 1.any user can not delete or move any email 2.any user can only send mail,copy mail and reading mail. How could reach this purpose? Tell the step , thanks a lot!
