What if your organization, have 4 or 5 user with the same name and same surname,

How could end user find in global address list , this is the right person , I have intended to  send a mail .

Even if some of the users have the same display names, however there is no repeated email address in the GAL.

When we want to send email to someone, we can focus on the email addresses and other attributes of the users which have the same display names, in the GAL, then decided where the emails to be sent.
