Hi guys, I am having POP3 server. (particular user only) whenever send a mail to internal or external users the receipients receives the mail and this messaged added " Download: www.eType.com/Welcome.php " in the bottom of the mail. this issue happening only for the particuar user while sending mail.. others are working fine.. Is this client issue or server issue? can anyone help?Chandru CT.

this looks like a viral infection on your users client machine seen you are using pop mail to send and recieve. Please scan the machine with a updated anti virus scanner. It is very easy for virussen to mess with you popmail client seen the security nessesary for the client is virtualy zero.

Hi It is not the function of exchange server. So it is issue of client. It is easy to troubleshoot the issue. You can set user who gets virus on your outlook and send email to you. Is there link in his email ? My suggestion is to scan virus and rebuild outlook profile and outlook application.
