We have two servers configured with exchange 2007 Hub Transport & client access roles configured with windows Network Load Balancing the first one acting as file
share witness for CCR cluster we need to uninstall the second one to start deploying exchange 2010 on the server my equations how to uninstall the second server form exchange environment and what is the impact to the exchange
organization

I am sure that HT server is part of Connectors and its source server and as there is one more server hence there won;t be any issue with Mailflow.
Once you remove exchange from Control Panel and it gets removed perfectly without any error, than computer account will be removed from the AD as well.
You don;t have to keep the server if you want to recover it. You need the database backup and need to install the server with same name again and restore the backup. Simple :)
You might get error regarding connector on HT and you will have to remove it from the server.Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah
