unified messaging red light on

hello

not sure where to post this, cant find UM forum but...

I have a user on exchange 2013 cu8 that states voicemail light is on.

I already tried

  1. Moved mailbox to another storage group.
  2. Exchange voicemail was enabled and disabled.
  3. Checked her mailbox to see any old voicemail messages.

not familiar with UM not sure what else to check.
