undeliverable email
When forwarding an email with a youtube attachment I sometimes get this message and wonder why. The following recipient(s) could not be reached: xxxxx on 8/9/2011 7:49 PM 421 Service not available ; Closing transmission

Hi duxiedodie, Could you please post more information about the issue? Such as Rich referred. Just for the information, it maybe caused by many reasons, some suggestions for you: 1. Confirm whether the issue just happen to on the special recipients 2. If 1 is true, use telent to the special domain, confirm that whether there are some failed information 3. Confirm whether the recepient domain listed in the blacklist on the internet 4. Use other mailbox, such as hotmail to send email to the recepient to make some tests, post the result 5. It is better to retrieve some smtp log about the issue, and confirm the issue Regards! Gavin
