unblock mail
Hi, a client sent a message that was returned as 'undeliverable' because of security policies. I am wondering where on our exchange server 2007 I can view incoming messages to investigate why this message was blocked and possibly to allow through to the recipient? Many thanksJonathan

Hi Jonathan, There could be many reason to NDR this email. If you share detail NDR then we can help you more. NDR will give you correct information. You can also check message tracking log to see if this mail is deliverd till exchange or NDR'd from your gateway only.
