unable to view all of my webmail page.....
when logging onto our exchange 2003 mail server from a browser, it either get "the website cannot display page" , or only the email content displays. but the folders do no display a message displays where the folder should be " The website cannot display the page".... i tried the same using firefox, and i receive the following : http 501 error access denied I wait a few minutes, using any firefox, or ie8, and i get in... (the problem is sporadic)... I reset iis a couple times... checked dns logs - really didnt find anything.. our email server serves as a backend server... any idea?... thanks

Is it happening for all users? Do you have any error messages in the event log? Try http://servername/exchange. Are you getting the same error message? no just one user... logging on different computers... nothing in event log

Hi, Do you mean if the user logs on to another computer, same symptom using OWA? Please check the user whether has right permission on Exchange and Microsoft Windows directories.
