unable to view all folders and subfolders while accessing Archive Mailbox

Hi,

We are in a migration phase for our user mailboxes from O365 W14 (Exchange 2010) to W15 (Exchange 2013) tenant.  We use Outlook 2013 as client to access our Emails and Exchange 2013 online archive.

As pilot testing, we migrated few of the users and noticed that we are unable to view all our Folders and Sub-Folders while accessing Archive Mailbox through Outlook 2013.

The pilot users who are using Outlook 2010 SP2, it seems there is no issues with them accessing all folders and sub-folders from archive.

Any suggestions ?

Regards

Rakesh

Hi,

What version of Outlook 2013 are you using?

The Online Archive mailbox of an Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2013 account is only available with Office Professional Plus licenses or when you are using a standalone installation of Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013. Any other license will not give you access to the Exchange Online Archive from within Outlook.
