unable to uninstall Microsoft exchange server 2012
i have windows server 2008 and it have exchange server installed on it when in try to uninstall it i have this error: Summary: 3 item(s). 0 succeeded, 3 failed. Hi I assume that you mean Exchange 2010, You should start be finding out why you have this error: "Active Directory does not exist or cannot be contacted" Can you ping a domain controller by fqdn? Is the exchange server using the DC as DNS server? Leif

actually i don't have domain on server i am using to for another propose and also i don't have active directory

Hi, Then how did you install Exchange server - installation is not possible without a domain (and the same goes for uninstallation as you have seen) Leif

what if i make server on domain again will this fix this problem

Hi Francesco, Considering the errors about metebase and AD, I don't think it is possible to reset the computer account for the server. Not to mention the OP does not sure if it is a domain joined machine. Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support
