I am using exchange server 2007, when i am trying to send email to hotmail account i am getting this error. I used MXToolbox to check blacklist checker there i can see IMP-SPAM & SWINOG is timedout, Doest it mean that my domain is blacklisted. MX Toolbox report Checking MY IP against 45 known blacklists... Listed 0 times with 2 timeouts An error occurred while trying to deliver this message to the recipient's e-mail address. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you.
