Hi, Do you have multiple domain controllers? I think the problem may be down to replication. (From: "Error code: MapiExceptionADNotFound") If you wait 15 minutes or manually replicate, then you may find that it'll mount. Let me know how you get on. Thanks, Darren.

Hi, Agree with Darren. If you still cannot mount the database, please specify a domain controller for exchange server and see if the issue persists: 1. Open Exchange Management Shell, Type: Set-ExchangeServer identify Exchange Server –domainController fqdnOfDC 2. Then try to mount the mailbox. If the error still occurs, please specify another domain controller for exchange server.
