unable to find mailbox timezone:0x80004005
I am running the Daylight saving time tool against my servers. I get the above error on just about every mailbox. when the process if finished, I get an Unable to extract Timezone error. I am using thevirtual PC install and have installed all the updates. I have full access to the accounts and I am using a priviledged account. My questions: most of the users are OWA (2003) users. Does it matter? I was able to update a few mailboxes and they seem to be ok. If this is an issue, how do I fix it? RTD
