unable to create exchange account on outlook 2010

Hello Experts,
I have a test environment with Windows 2008 DC, Exchange Server 2007 on Windows 2003 and Windows XP Client
I have installed CA on DC and successfully created, imported and enabled certificate on Exchange.
I am not recieving any error while accessing OWA. My problem is that I cannot configure e-mail account on outlook 2010.
" The action could not be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange Server is unailable"
I can ping to the server, resolve the name.
What's wrong? Please any advice.

Samir

Hi,
Are you trying to create the Outlook profile using autodiscover or are you creating the profile manually?

Hi
Base on my research, is the full error like:
"Error: The Action could not be completed .The Connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is Unavailable. Outlook must be Online or connected to complete this action."
If yes, that might cause by the Root Certificate was not installed on the Client Machine under "Trusted root Certification Authority"

You could try to export the Root Certificate from the Exchange server and then install on the Client machine.

Hope it helps
