Hi

To upgrade to Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API (UCMA) 4.0, you must first uninstall any previous versions of UCMA that are installed by using Add/Remove programs.

Did you do that?

we are also facing same in where on fresh 2012 server we are unable to install the UCMA and getting same error "the hash value is not correct" there is no previous instance of UCMA as this is fresh installation.

please update if anyone else is facing this issue.
