i have recently changed my junk email filter from standard to exclusive and now no matter how many new rules i make regarding senders from my junk mail i keep getting them in my junk folder. what can i do to make them start going to my inbox without switching my filter back to standard where i get everything under the sun in my inbox?

Hi,

As far as I know, the Junk E-mail Options has the priority, which means it will run before any rules.

Anyway please try this:

In the Junk E-mail Options in Outlook, under the Safe Senders tab, select "Also trust e-mail from my Contacts", click OK.

If you have stored these senders as your Contacts, the Junk E-mail Options should trust them and their emails will be received.
