track mailbox access failure

Hi,

I need track when a user attempting to log in to another user's mailbox but cannot open.

Is there a solutions ?

Exchange 2010/2013

I believe what you are looking for is the 'Non-Owner mailbox access report' which can by run from Compliance Management --> Auditing in the Exchange Admin Console.  Here is an explanation of that the report does:

You will need to turn on the auditing for each mailbox, otherwise the report is blank.  See this link for how to do that:

Now, this is only for Exchange 2013.  I don't believe Exchange 2010 had this level of auditing.  See here for an example for Exchange 2010:
