I am trying to remember which tool i used to use that allowed me to send test email with timestamps? Maybe a name like mailstorm? it just lets you specify number of emails to send etc and from which mailbox. Or are there other tools anyoen would suggest? I cant use the RCA as this is in a test lab with no internet connectivity.

Thanks, I will try this but this tool looks like its much more robust than i need. I just want to send 100 mails and make sure all 100 arive and some message tracking etc.

Well there's also test-mailflow cmdlet :) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995894(EXCHG.80).aspx you could base a fairly simple script off of it
