Hi, i realy need an help on this , one of user has sent an email to his clients, this email is a conversation between few people which is tracked. user is on outlook 2007, today replied to an conversation. in his sent items it shows the sent email but it doesn't show the entire email it has lost almost all text which he typed and shows just frist 2 lines. on the info bar it says this message is part of tracked conversation. click here to see the oreginal email. in Outlook web access it shows the proper email which is sent however i outlook it shows just a two line in email. So what happened in your case is that the user used a tracking feature inside of Outlook. If you send an email and before you hit the 'Send' button you flag it for follow up, when you get a reply to your message, it get's marked this may you described. To remove the conversation tracking for this specific message, all you need to do is to look into the Follow Up (Flag) column to the right in Outlook and remove the Follow Up flag for this specific conversation. Hi, But i dont understand how does it shows just two line email in sent items instade of large typing. i mean user has typed more than 10 lines and sent the email and when he checked in sent email it showed up only 1st two lines. thanks
