the organizer created this meeting in the following time zone exchange 2007
I have sbs2008 includes Exchange 2007 all client computer are Windows xp pro or Windows 7 pro, the office on this computer is office 2007 or 2010 we have 5 users that works from abroad when they create meeting and sending it to users not from our server time zone, they get this message 'the organizer created this meeting in the following time zone +2' I tried to changed the time zone in the outlook and also change the time zone when I create the meeting - That didn't help. is there any way to hide this message? you can see in this link what I mean. http://i47.tinypic.com/2qdsjgo.jpg

This is my problem, one of our user needs to create a meeting request which involves different time zones. The invites are located in the Israel, How can we create the meeting so the meeting time will not show this message ' the organizer created this meeting in the following time zone

Hello If you don't want to see this message, you need change the timezone (for organizer) the same as attendees. You can change it from OWA: Options->Settings->Regional-> Current time zone (change this the same as attendees). If you set time zone same for organizer and attendees, you will not get that message. But the attendees are from different time zones. I have changed the time zone to (eastern time -5 ) in OWA but the attendees see the our exchange server time if I change the time zone in the server it also changes in the meeting that is being send.
