the emails that i send from my outlook email don't delivered

hi all,

i tried to search for this problem that i have online or in this forums but couldn't find solution for it.

i send emails from the outlook 2010 but the person that i send the email to said he don't receive my emails, i also tried to send emails from my outlook to my gmail or hotmail account.

i contacted the email hosting company and they asked me to send them the header emails from the outlook but when i check the header for any email in the sent items, it's empty. i disable my antivirus in order to check but it's still the same. i also tried to send an email from the hosting company email on the web and it's working without any problems, so the problem is from the outlook client.

is there a way to get the email header in the sent items?? or solve this problem from the outlook please??

looking forward to get the solution for this problem.

Sent Items never have any Internet Headers since they haven't been on the Internet themselves. Internet Headers are being added to items by the mail servers on their way to the recipient.

Disabling your anti-virus isn't enough to troubleshoot this, you need to disable/uninstall its integration with Outlook. See: Disable virus scanner integration?

it's still the same, i disable the antivirus and disable all the add on integration between the AV & outlook but still the same.

is there any other thing to do to get the emails go out from Outlook and don't be lost in the way??

hope to get a solution for my problem ASAP.
