the category does not remain

Hi

I have a user who has an email share box with several person. It has full access to this box. When she puts on a category email, Cathegory fades after three or four seconds.

I have not redone are profil. I was wondering if there was not something to be checked prior.

Hi, please first try the same action on OWA, does the same issue exist?

Also, try cleaning your category in Command-Line as below to test:
Win + R, type "outlook.exe /cleancategories", then press Enter.
If the category colors have been set to default, please then choose a default color to reproduce the action, does the issue persist?

We may troubleshoot in Safe Mode as well:
Win + R, type outlook.exe /safe in the blank box, then press Enter.
If theres no problem in Safe mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify again.

Hi try to clean categories and safe mode. Both not working.

In OWA I dont have this problem.
