system: windows XP outlook 2007-->options -->E-mail options -->advanced E-mail options all the items under "when sending a message" are in gray (can not be edited), except "press control+enter to send messages". but i want to active "suggest names while completing to, cc and bcc fields". can i get any help? thank you in advance.David
