stop the forwarding to other domain
I know it is very tricky query
I have one Security Distribution List “all abc” for organization abc, some users set the forwarding their mailbox for other domain “@xyz” when we are sending
email to DL “all abc” it forward on “@xyz” email address for some users.
My query : Can we stop the forwarding to other domain if I send email to DL “all abc” without removing the forwarding on their mailbox.

You havent stated the Exchange version but the concept is the same for every version
If users are creating Outlook rules to forward messages you can prevent that by ensuring that auto-forwards are not allowed under the Message Format Settings
per:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996309(EXCHG.80).aspx
If the forwarding is being done at the account level, then this setting wont prevent that and you need to remove the forwarding on the accout.
