still getting error for anti spam update

Hi Kevin, Verify your Internet connectivity and HTTP proxy settings on server if you have it. How to Configure Proxy Settings for WinHTTP Check the C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log file for more information that may indicate the cause.

Clarify: Got Anti-Spam update error 1009 in the application log on edge Possible cause: Temporary network issue The Related Service in the Edge server was not started Corruption in the Exchange Server Troubleshooting: 1. Please go to the Microsoft Update to check if the Windows can be updated Notes: This can help us to make sure if the issue is related to Windows, or the Exchange Server itself. If it is a Windows update issue, all the automatic update of Windows should be affected 2. Please check the following service <Start->Run->Services.msc> Microsoft Exchange Anti-spam Update Notes: It needs to be started and the Startup type needs to be "Automatic" Automatic Updates Notes: It needs to be started and the Startup type needs to be "Automatic" Background Intelligent Transfer Service Notes: The Startup type need to be "Manual" 3.
