it takes 15~20 seconds sometimes to populate mailbox properties. is this normal, sometimes it populates right away upon opening a mailbox properties.is this normal behavior? or should I be looking for LDAP issuesThanks,

Please check the events in the application log, and then run ExBPA against the exchange servers for health check, and see if there’s any abnormality.
