is it possible that you use an other mailclinet like thunderrbird in orderr to view the mailsource. Perhaps the Mimeencoding is wrong or interpreted by Outlook in a wrong way.

Ok, let me summarize.

You have to workstation with Outlook 2010 installed. On one of the maschines the mailmessage is displayed correct but on the other it is not.

What about the installled patches. Are the Outlook Verrsion the same?

Since the emails received fine from other machine, something must happened when the email arrived the impacted machine. This usally could be caused by the anti-virus, to verify this, please try to run Windows in clean boot mode to check this issue. If this behavior won't occur in the clean boot mode, please then try to remove the anti-virus and check again.

Hi,

Will you try to run Outlook in safe mode to check again? This will help to determine if it is 3rd-party add-in related.

Hi,

We can run Outlook with all add-ins disabled, if it work, then we might need to enable the add-ins one by one to determine which one is the cause.

Had the same problem with a user. I just changed the font in the file/options/mail/stationary and fonts, and the message text was readable.
