hello. i recently sold my computer, and before i ship it i want to make sure i remove all my personal information from it. does anyone know how i can either restore the computer to the very beginning...like they have just purchased the laptop and it asks for all the information...OR does anyone know where i go to to delete all the information i put in when i first purchased the computer. i am running windows vista home premium. thanks in advance!!

This is the Exchange Server Forum! Besides that, format the disk, copy some tons of small files on it to fill it up completely and format it again. (you can us a bootable CD to get to the Command Prompt) From there, just xcopy the CD in subdirs like 1, 2, 3 ... and 1\1, 2\1, 3\1etc It is a really basic solution, but it requires no tools ot skills and it works.
