shared mailbox
Hello, Our users have two mailbox's. 1 is a shared department mailbox. 2 is a personal mailbox. The departmental mailbox is the primary account, thus forcing the users to use this one. So far this has worked well except for two small things. a.When the users send an email from their personal email account, it goes to the sent folder of the departmental mailbox and other users can see them.(i would like the personal emails going to the personal sent folder and departmental sent to the departmental sent) b.The calendar reminders no longer work for the personal mailbox's, they only popup if your entry is in the departmental calendar. ( i would like both the personal reminders and the departmental reminders to popup) Does anyone know a way around these Thanks in advance Stephen

I'm not too sure what you mean by two seperate profiles in outlook. When I configured outlook, I selected exchange server, put in the server nameand made the username the shared mailbox, then i went to more settings and added the personal one in the additional mailbox. So if i had to guess, i would say they are in the same profile. Sorry. have only ever used pop3 in outlook so aren't too sure. Thanks for the help thus far. Stephen
