I share an inbox with my box and can view his inbox. I have been noticing that his inbox folder moves up and down his list of folders in outlook. One minute it will be the first folder listed under his account name, then it will move and be located halfway down the list of folders. Then it moves back and then down throughout the day.

How were this mailbox added to your outlook?

My DBA added it at the exchange level to my account as a shared box.
