Richard, you are already running exchange std which has the pop3 support so you dont need to opt for another server. make sure that you have open port 110 on firewall and set the relay settings.. and POP3 service by default will be disabled you need to enable and set it to automatic Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

Do you want your Exchange server to be the POP client and retreive mail from another server or do you want your clients to use POP and download mail from your server? The last is built in Exchange and only need tp be started and configuration. The first is not part of Exchange except in SBS and you therefore need to buy software that can do this.do asearch http://www.bing.com/search?q=exchange+pop3+connector&src=IE-SearchBox&Form=IE8SRCand you will find several out there.lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

Hi Richard, You need to leverage third party software to achieve this, Exchange doesn't have such a feature. For example, this one: http://www.mapilab.com/exchange/pop3_connector You could search more similar software via Bing as Lasse mentioned. Thanks, Elvis
