Dear Team,<o:p></o:p>

Am using the Outlook 2010 client, my sent items mails automatically move to the deleted folder. I have some rules, but NONE send to delete. But I had deleted my outlook rules, still I'm facing same problem.

 

Please help me with this.

Hello Clark,

Yes we connected with MS Exchange Server. through web mail, I can able to see sent items mails.

Hi, are you sure about whether the mails are sent or not, if they are sent then again check your outlook mails rules file>> option>>Mails and in mail option check the save messages option. still the occurrence of problem continues the confer with Microsoft team and reinstall your outlook client may be your problem get resolved.

Can you reproduce this issue in OWA?

Have you tried testing this issue in Outlook safe mode? Press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /safe and press Enter. If the problem would be gone in safe mode, it means the problem could be caused by a problematic add-in. Please go to File > Options > Add-ins and disable suspicious add-ins to resolve the issue.

Please also try testing this issue within a new Outlook mail profile to see the result.
