Outlook mailbox works great. No problems. However, working in the public folders seems to be real slow for some of our users. One user when he forwards and email from the mail enabled public folder the bottom of his outlook has a green bar with a message "sending...." it takes awhile and then after it sends another message appears "updating sent..." The delay is close to a minute. None of our users are experiencing problem from outlook mail folders, only from public folders. We are running Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010. gazem

More information will be helpful, for example: How many public folder replica? Outlook online or cached one? How about OWA? How about forwarding/sending from same PF from different mailboxes?
