sending email from a department as a department
if 3 people work in admissions and they all receive private email via their private email addresses. they are also members of the 'admissions' distribution group and so they all receive emails addressed to 'email@example.com' for example.When they reply to an email, they want to send as 'admissions' and not their individual selfs. They will also require a 'reply' to address to be 'admissions' so everyone in the group see's their reply.How can this be done please?exchange 2003.

Give those users "send as" permissions to the distrib. group. They can add the FROM: field in Outlook and enter the group there once they have the permissions.
