sending e-mail just for special users
hi.. i have a question about exchange server 2003 and AD. i want configure that user can send e-mailto special users only. for example: user1 can just send email to user2,user10,user25 thanks best regards.

As far as I know this is not possible...If a user has a mailbox everyone can send mail to this user.

Hello, This is not possible in Exchange 2003 natively. Restriction can be put on delivery to user as you saw an option but sending restriction can not be set in Exchange 2003. You may need to find some third-party utility or content filtering for Exchange 2003 but this can be easily done in Exchange 2007 with Transport Rules.
