Hi Have you checked your ip adress that sends the mails so it's not blacklisted? You can do that on www.mxtoolbox.com Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

From what you describe, it sounds like it's been swallowed by their spam filter. >ps: it's ok when use external Mailbox like hotmail --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Did you check recipient Junk mailbox and other folder. you can also try to send mail using SMTP command and see if any error like "IP mismatch" getting. As above said by Rich, Also check whether you are blocked as spam for remote domain.Anil
